We’re pleased to announce we’ve received $55,000 in grant funding from IDED.

Des Moines Company to Revolutionize Payment Network Dwolla, a Des Moines business, invented a payment network and process for avoiding the necessity to swipe credit or debit cards entirely by processing money on a newly created payment network.  Dwolla’s payment network replaces traditional credit and debit based transactions. An award of $55,000 was granted by the Iowa Economic Development Board from the Iowa Demonstration Fund. These funds will help build out the API (communication device) for integration of Dwolla with external devices to expand their services.  Dwolla is a peer-to-peer payment network, which allows any user to exchange funds quickly and safely with another user through the use of proprietary technology and intellectual property.
