State Constitutional Tender Bulletin & Tenth Amendment Center News
This is a quick note from our friend Bill Greene.
Hi folks, I wanted to drop you a quick note regarding some exciting developments for our cause, Support the Constitutional Tender Act.
First, we’re about to launch another big grassroots push for the ConTen Act here in Georgia, because of some new developments I’ll share in a moment. But the big thing we need, because of that, is MORE MEMBERS so we can have MORE IMPACT!
We’ve got almost 1250 members right now, which is GREAT. However, if we can *double* that number, we’ll reach the next level of Causes on Facebook. With that boost, we can generate a HUGE response in support of returning EVERY State – not just Georgia – to their Constitutional mandate to only use gold and silver coins.
So RIGHT NOW can you click to INVITE every friend you’ve got to become a supporter? We need YOUR HELP now!
Here in Georgia, I just returned from meetings at the State Capitol. Bobby Franklin will be introducing an updated version of the ConTen act, HB 430, to help clarify a number of items from the original bill. At the same time, we have a State Senator who has promised to introduce a version of the bill, dealing with the banks only, on that side of the legislature! We also have another State Representative that is supposed to be doing the same in the State House. So there’s a LOT about to happen – we’re going to need help activating those grassroots!
Thank you for your support!

This news just came in from Michael Boldin and the Tenth Amendment Center.
While not a glowing report of our efforts, todays featured CNN Politics report gives the 10th Amendment Movement some national attention. We consider this to be a very good thing!

We want to encourage CNN to cover this more in the near future. We can do that by:
1. Traffic – recognizing they are a business. those articles that get the most attention are likely to get follow up. So visit the site, and pass the article along to your friends and family.
2. Comments – We need to represent our viewpoint as strongly as possible, and counter the opposition covered in this report. That means, leave a comment on the article in a COURTEOUS, friendly and educated way.
3. Firepower – To counter some of the standard arguments in this and other articles, today’s featured post on the history of nullification and slavery in the US has loads of firepower for you to respond with:
