		<description>In September 2008, I contacted Fintrac and they confirmed that xgold.ca was NOT required to register. There was some change in the law last year and probably the two MSB are not DGC related.

If the compliance cost is too high in term of internal administration, many exchangers will have to leave the market.</description>
