  1. I tried Xerobank and while you do get prompt support, the whole setup is full of complexities and inconsistencies. If Xerobank is only for geeks, then I suppose that’s okay. If they seriously intend it for people who are only moderately proficicient in computers, then they need to get some volunteer laymen and go through every permutation of signups, help support, etc etc to smooth out what looks right now like the privacy version of Windows Vista!
