e-bullion Lawyers Motion Court To RELEASE James Fayed
August 27th, 2008 • Related • Filed Under
In a sweeping motion, the attorney for James Fayed has petitioned the court for his release. It’s a 52 page document that basically says on the single money transmitting charge they should not be holding him without bail.
Special thanks to Paul at CrimeFileNews for posting this information. We are all lucky Paul is posting this information or it would not be quickly available to our corner of the world.

Mark, I enjoy reading the articles that you write, you know the business. Paul Huebl, does a great job of posting the Legal Documents of the case but he doesn’t know the business. His posting on other blogs is fueling fear among the E-bullion Depositors and irritating the Depositors that are not yet worried. I wonder why he is doing this, to drum up business for himself? He keeps saying the same untruths over and over again like a broken record. This is not constructive. Anyway, I just want to say appreciate your work. Thanks, Lee.
