James Fayed is charged with operating an unlicensed money transfer business. Despite earlier reports of bail being granted at $500k, it seems now revoked.
He was ordered to remain in jail Wednesday after being deemed a flight risk by U.S. District Judge Otis Wright.
As of Thursday, 8AM EST, the e-bullion web is still not available.
