PayPal and Card Fraud…DGC’s Are Better!
Here is the problem you encounter online with Credit Card fraud. This is an actual situation posted over the weekend.

“Somebody out there did a transfer of a lot of money in to my PayPal account, and because of my immediate need I transferred it in to my bank account. I’ll be honest: I don’t know who this person is, but it came through my donation link, was approved and was paid to my account. Who am I to doubt its authenticity; isn’t that PayPal’s job?
Apparently so… A short time ago I get an email with the subject line “Investigation into Recent Transaction”, followed by another email seconds later titled “Investigation Closed and Payment Reversed”. Apparently it took them ONE WHOLE MINUTE to investigate this, and as a result they canceled the initial deposit for unknown reasons:
As you know, we have been reviewing the transaction detailed below. Our investigation is now complete and we have returned the funds to the PayPal account holder.
Literally, it took one minute. First notification came in at 7:52pm. “Investigation Closed” email came in at 7:53pm.
I hate PayPal, I really do… For all the donation and payment stuff I do here, as well as planned functionality in Brain Clouds, I’m seriously looking at alternative services like Moneybookers or eGold. But PayPal has become a necessary evil; they’re the single largest payment gateway on the planet and everybody uses them.”

Good luck in resolving that one, if you are using Crowne Gold or e-gold, you will never have a chargeback.
